Risk Disclosure
Important information about the risks of using the strategies, portfolios, and signals we publish. Please read carefully.
What We Publish
Nhuga is a team of researchers and trading enthusiasts. We publish verified trading strategies, quantitative portfolios, and signals that come from our own research and are publicly forward-tested on labs.nhuga.com. These are tools for study and personal use — not personalized financial advice, not managed accounts, and not a recommendation to trade any particular market.
Trading Involves Substantial Risk
Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every person. You can lose more than you commit. Automated and semi-automated strategies can enter and exit positions at high speed; a flawed setup on your end, a wrong contract size, or a wrong market can cause losses very quickly. You are solely responsible for what you do with any strategy, portfolio, or signal we publish.
No Performance Guarantees
Backtests, forward-tests on labs.nhuga.com, and any historical or hypothetical results are shown for research and study purposes only. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Market regimes change; a strategy or portfolio that performed well historically may perform poorly, or lose money, going forward.
Technology & Data Dependency
Our strategies and portfolios depend on third-party platforms (TradingView, brokers, exchanges), data providers, and your own internet, hardware, and account setup. Outages, latency, missed signals, incorrect data, or platform behaviour outside our control can cause a strategy to behave differently than a backtest or forward-test suggests. We are not liable for losses caused by these external factors.
You Are Responsible for Execution
You are 100% responsible for how you deploy, size, monitor, and stop any strategy or portfolio you access through Nhuga. We strongly recommend testing every strategy and portfolio on a paper/demo account, at position sizes you are prepared to lose, before committing any real capital. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Compliance & Regulation
Trading regulations vary by jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using our strategies, portfolios, or signals — and the markets and instruments they involve — is permitted under your local laws, tax rules, and the terms of your broker or exchange. Nhuga is a research publisher; we are not a registered investment adviser, portfolio manager, or broker.
Acknowledgement of Risk
By using this platform, subscribing to any plan, or acting on any strategy, portfolio, or signal published by Nhuga, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the risks described above. You agree that Nhuga is a research publisher — not a financial adviser, portfolio manager, or broker — and that you bear all financial and operational responsibility for anything you do with our research. See labs.nhuga.com for the public forward-tests behind our published work.
