About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of nhuga.com, labs.nhuga.com, and any subscription, community channel (Telegram, Discord), or content we publish. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Who We Are
Nhuga is a team of researchers and trading enthusiasts publishing verified trading strategies, quantitative portfolios, and signals based on our own research, publicly forward-tested on labs.nhuga.com. We are a research publisher — not a registered investment adviser, portfolio manager, broker, or dealer.
Your Account
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account. You may not share access, resell your subscription, or use one account to serve multiple people.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid tiers (Pro, Premium, Elite) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel from your account at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are governed by our Subscription & Refund Policy.
Acceptable Use
Don't reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, resell, sublicense, or redistribute anything you access on the platform. Don't attempt to breach security, disrupt operations, impersonate anyone, or use the platform for anything illegal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.
Intellectual Property
All strategies, portfolios, signals, code, research, text, images, and other content on the platform are owned by Nhuga or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. A subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own trading study — not to redistribute it.

Nothing on the platform is personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Backtests and forward-tests illustrate research, not future performance. See our Disclaimer and Risk Disclosure for the full statement of risks. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.
Third-Party Services
The platform integrates with third parties like TradingView, brokers, exchanges, and payment providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Nhuga is not responsible for third-party actions, outages, data quality, or fees.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nhuga is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or trading capital arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes & Termination
We may update these Terms, our pricing, and our features from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept them. You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or for legal or safety reasons.
